We have three new Leagues forming in early August 2018!

.22 Rifle "Standing" League
Kick-off meeting on Thursday, August 9, 2018 - 6:30PM
League night will be every Thursday between 6:00-8:00PM

• 8 weeks
• The league is open to all shooters ages 10 and up. Shooters under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• There will be a rimfire and a center fire division. Within each of these divisions there will be an iron sight and Optics category.
• There will also be a youth category and an Adult category. The youth category will be broken up into two age ranges – 10 to 13 and 14 to 17. Anyone over 17 will shoot in the adult category.
• Cost will be a $25 League Registration fee and $11 per week of league shooting. The registration maybe paid in advance or on the first night of the league. The $11 weekly fee can be paid each week when you shoot.
• All first-time shooters at OGC will need to complete a waiver and watch the safety briefing video. This may be done ahead of league night to avoid any delay in shooting.
• There will be hot dogs, pop and water available each week for free to league shooters.
• All OGC range rules must always be followed. A copy of the range rules will be available for all shooters that want one.
• There will be a league party after the league ends. This will include food and non-alcoholic drinks. Awards and Prizes will be awarded that night. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place along with various other prizes. If you shoot a perfect score of 300, then you will receive a patch and a plaque. There will also be other various prizes and awards with more information coming on those.
• Any disputes such as scoring will be settled by the league match director.
Rifle Standing League Shooting details
• The shots will be fired from a standing position. No rest will be used such as a shooting stick. A sling may be used.
• Unlimited Scope Power for optics category.
• No electronic or mechanically assisted triggers are permitted.
• Rifle must be a repeater and must be able to hold 2 or more rounds in a removable clip/magazine except for tubular fed rifles. Rounds may be fed into the chamber either by hand or from the magazine.
• Any brand of factory loaded Rifle ammunition may be used. It must be available for sale over-the-counter to any individual and consist of the original, unaltered factory cartridge case, powder and projectile.
• Each week you will shoot a total of 30 rounds on the league target. You will fire 15 rounds each at the upper and lower target. Targets will be scored by the shooter and verified by OGC. The target that will be used is the “Patrol Rifle Distance Drills”.
• The first night we will have a short meeting to go over the details of the league. You will also shoot that night as our 50 yard lanes become available. All shooters will use the standard league target as determined by the match director.

When you come in to do a make-up shoot, inform the OGC employee that you are there to do your make-up shoot for the league. .22 Caliber Pistol League

• If you can’t make it on a Thursday night you have until 9:00 PM the next Wednesday night to do a make-up shoot. When you come in to do a make-up shoot, inform the OGC employee that you are there to do your make-up shoot for the league. Once you pay your weekly fee then range counter staff will had you a target and score sheet. Once you are done, score your target and bring it to the counter. An OGC employee will verify your score.

• There will be youth subdivisions and Adult subdivisions. The youth division will be broken up into two age ranges – 10 to 13 and 14 to 17. Anyone over 17 will shoot in the adult division.

.22 Pistol League Shooting details
• Only .22 caliber pistols may be used. There will be two divisions. Iron sights and an Optics division where scopes or red dots maybe used.
• Unlimited Scope Power.
• No electronic or mechanically assisted triggers are permitted.
• You will be using the league target which will be shot from 7, 15 and 25 yards. You will shoot 10 shots at each target marked 7 yds, 10 shots at each 15-yard target and then 5 shots at each of the 25-yard targets.
• All shooters will use the standard league target as determined by the match director.

Individual Pistol League
Kick-off meeting on Thursday, August 9, 2018 - 6:00PM
League night will be every Thursday between 6:00-8:00PM

• 8 weeks
• If you can’t make it on a Thursday night you have until 9 PM the next Wednesday night to do a make-up shoot. When you come in to do a make-up shoot, inform the OGC employee that you are there to do your make-up shoot for the league. Once you pay your weekly fee, then you will get you targets and a score sheet from the league area. You will still have a 30-minute time limit to shoot your 50 shots. Once you are done, score your target and complete the scoresheet. The scoresheet will be placed in the completed scoresheet holder at the league area. Your shot targets will be placed in the shot targets shelf in the league area.
• The league is open to all shooters age 21 and up. This will be an individual league, but you are welcome to shoot with friends and family who are also in the league.
• Cost will be a $25 League Registration fee and $11 per week of league shooting. The registration maybe paid in advance or on the first night of the league. The $11 weekly fee can be paid each week when you shoot.
• All first-time shooters at OGC will need to complete a waiver and watch the safety briefing video. This may be done ahead of league night to avoid any delay in shooting.
• All OGC range rules must always be followed. A copy of the range rules will be available for all shooters that want one.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place along with various other prizes. If you shoot a perfect 500, then you will receive a patch and a plaque. There will also be other various prizes and awards with more information coming on those.
• Any disputes such as scoring will be settled by the league match director.
Individual Pistol League Shooting details
• Only .380 caliber and above will be allowed. No .22 caliber allowed.
• Each week you will shoot 50 rounds on the league target. You will have 30 minutes to shoot your 50 rounds. You will shoot 25 rounds at one target and another 25 rounds at another target. Targets will be scored by the shooter and verified by OGC.
• No scopes or electronic optics can be used. Fiber optic sights are allowed. If any questions arise about a certain sight, the league match director will determine if the sights are legal.
• The first night will be handicap night. Everyone will shoot 50 rounds from 12 yards to determine your handicap. If you already have a handicap established from a previous OGC league that handicap will be used as your starting handicap.
• The handicap will follow the scale below:

• Any shot that hits the line of a higher scoring area will be scored at the higher value.
• All shooters will use the standard league target as determined by the match director.
